Dear All, We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will handle projects from the early planning stage through to completion, coordinating with teams, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. What You'll Be Doing: - Overseeing daily site activities and keeping projects on track - Planning schedules and ensuring each phase of the project runs smoothly - Preparing budgets, estimates, and tracking project costs - Working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Preparing tender documents and reviewing project bids - Selecting and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors - Ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time - Monitoring work quality and ensuring safety standards are followed - Handling site issues or delays and finding quick solutions - Keeping proper records and updating project progress regularly - Managing final inspections and ensuring smooth project handover Tools & Skills Used: - Working with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project - Reading and understanding drawings, plans, and technical documents - Managing budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates - Coordinating multiple teams and tasks simultaneously Requirements: - Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - At least 10+ years of Gulf experience in construction project management - Good understanding of construction methods and materials - Confidence in handling teams, vendors, and clients - Strong communication and organisational skills - Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure - Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Please note: telephone calls will not be accepted; applications should be submitted by email only.
