Job Description
Seeking a Planning Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management. The role involves developing and updating project schedules, tracking site progress, and preparing progress reports. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction workflows, critical path method, and contract conditions. This position is for local hires only.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, and master construction programs.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method and resource loading/leveling.
- Ability to track site progress, identify variances, and analyze delays.
- Experience preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Technical understanding of construction workflows for Villas and High-Rise Buildings.
- Familiarity with material procurement lead times, subcontractor pacing, and site constraints.
- Basic knowledge of earned value management, productivity rates, and cost tracking.
- Familiarity with standard construction contract conditions such as FIDIC regarding delays and claims.
