Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing initiatives across the Kingdom. Responsibilities include generating leads and prospecting for new business through cold calling, field visits, and networking across various regions of Bahrain; arranging meetings with potential clients for senior personnel; conducting regular outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present the company’s products and services; following up on quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators and targets; building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business; assisting with the planning and implementation of localised outdoor and digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility; monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing structures in Bahrain; participating in local trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote the company’s offerings; maintaining accurate records of daily sales activities, generated leads, and pipeline updates using customer relationship management software; and coordinating with clients to ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments and invoices.

- Minimum one year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Bahrain market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence.
- Thorough familiarity with Bahrain's geography and major commercial areas for managing outdoor sales routes efficiently.
- Full spoken and written proficiency in English.
- Professional knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in an outdoor sales environment.
- Standard computer operating skills.
